Systems your team can run without us
Edutext turns the spreadsheets, shared folders and know-how that run your sites and office into documented systems your team can maintain. Founded in 2000, we came to this work from technology education, training and technical documentation.
What we do
You can hire us for one of these on its own, or for several together.

Replacing a spreadsheet-based handover tracker
Situation
At an SME civils and roofing contractor in the infrastructure supply chain (name withheld), a shared workbook had become the only view of package status and handover readiness.
What we did
We traced each status, input, exception and hand-off against real packages. That showed which columns did control work, which were just formatting and which decisions needed a named owner. The map kept the working knowledge that mattered and exposed the unsupported rules and duplicate entry.
